Nāḍī Śuddhi
नाड़ी शुद्धि
/NAH-dee SHOO-dee/Prāṇāyāma
Nāḍī purification — alternate nostril breathing (anuloma viloma), the foundational prāṇāyāma that balances the iḍā and piṅgalā channels. By equalizing solar and lunar flows, nāḍī śuddhi prepares the system for suṣumṇā activation. It is the first prāṇāyāma taught in the KALKI system and remains a daily practice at every tier.
