Kumbhaka
कुम्भक

Breath retention — the central technique of prāṇāyāma and the most powerful tool for redirecting prāṇa. Kumbhaka is the still point between inhalation and exhalation where the nervous system is most receptive to reprogramming. The KALKI system treats kumbhaka as the primary technology for pattern interruption at the physiological level.
