The ascendant and house structure: the map of life-domains — self, resources, communication, home, and so on — and which grahas sit in or govern them. The graha placements: the classical significations, read sidereal (the Vedic zodiac), which shifts most placements by roughly 24 degrees from the Western tropical frame — this is why "I am a different sign in Vedic" surprises newcomers, and why the two systems genuinely measure different things.

The nakshatra layer: the 27 lunar mansions, which carry the finer psychological texture the houses alone miss. And the daśā sequence: the planetary periods that answer the question most people actually came with — why is this theme loud now when it was quiet five years ago. A reading that skips the daśā layer skips timing entirely; a reading that ONLY does timing is doing astrology without psychology. The session covers both.
