/keh-VAH-lah koom-BHAH-kah/Prāṇāyāmaagni tier practice

This is the advanced sign that the prāṇic system has been recalibrated and the nervous system has entered a new operating mode. Kevala kumbhaka is not achieved through forcing; it emerges as the natural consequence of sustained practice.
