Kapālabhāti
कपालभाति
/kah-PAHL-bah-tee/Prāṇāyāma
Skull-shining breath — rapid, forceful exhalations through the nose with passive inhalations. Kapālabhāti clears the sinuses, stimulates the frontal lobe, and purges the system of stale prāṇa. Unlike bhastrika, inhalation is passive. It is classified as one of the six śaṭkarmas and is used in the KALKI system as an energetic reset.
