Bhramarī
भ्रामरी
/bhrah-MAH-ree/Prāṇāyāma
Bee breath — exhalation with a sustained, low-pitched humming sound created by the vocal cords. Bhramarī stimulates the vagus nerve, activates the parasympathetic system, and produces a measurable reduction in cortisol and blood pressure. The KALKI system uses bhramarī as a primary tool for nervous-system recalibration after pattern-confrontation work.
