Atman

The self — the pure witnessing consciousness that is identical with Brahman. The atman is not the ego, the personality, or the body; it is the awareness that observes the ego, personality, and body. The KALKI system's core teaching is that the atman is not a pattern but the pattern-observer, and that liberation is the permanent shift from identification with pattern to identification with the observer.
