[ SĀDHANA SEQUENCE / MIRROR METHOD ]
Śrī Yantra → Cakra Dhāraṇā → Trāṭaka
Overview
An advanced sequence for deconstructing the fixed sense of self that underlies the most persistent patterns. Śrī Yantra contemplation dissolves the boundary between observer and observed. Cakra Dhāraṇā then maps the identity-constructs anchored at each center. Trāṭaka completes the dissolution by fixing the gaze on emptiness itself — the after-image of a vanishing self.
The Sequence
Each stage builds on the one before. Do not skip ahead — the arc is the sādhana.
श्री चक्र — The Great Yantra
Begin at the bindu and expand awareness outward through the nine triangles. The yantra is a map of emanation — follow it in reverse, back to the source.
The complete Identity Dissolution protocol (3 stages) is available to Agni practitioners and above.

Targeted Patterns
This sequence is designed to dissolve the following emotional patterns.
