Overview
A pattern where the search itself has become the destination. You move from guru to guru, technique to technique, tradition to tradition — collecting experiences like stamps in a passport. The shadow: the Seeker is always arriving, never dwelling. The momentum of seeking prevents the stillness that actual transformation requires.

Origin
Formed in environments of scarcity — emotional, spiritual, or material — where the next thing always promised to be better than the current thing. The child learned to scan the horizon because the present moment was never safe enough to inhabit. The seeking becomes a structural inability to stay.

Sandhya Vandanam — a fixed, unchanging, daily practice that demands commitment to form over novelty. The ritual does not change, and that is the point. Journal prompt: "What am I hoping the next practice will give me that this one cannot?"
